So inspiring that we see a glimpse of Monticello every morning on our way to school! TJ (Thomas Jefferson) is the man of Charlottesville. He has touched, built, founded so much of this town and the university. This weekend there was a Heritage Festival featuring Organic foods, Organic Farms, responsible land usage and sustainability. The boys just loved all the homeade breads and the watermelon tasting. We found watermelon popcicles and Scott and I had a a brandy peach that was yummy! I got some great connections for CSA and grass fed beef- just wishing we could afford it all! I did learn about the chicken coop but we are definitely not going down that road (except to Kroger's!). The last pic is my future inventer, architect and adventurer!
